Gabriel P. Rodriguez (he/him)

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Gabriel has taken on roles as an educational consultant, DEI researcher, nonprofit director, teaching artist, chef educator, outdoor camp counselor, and every role in the theatrical creative process. MILA SCHNITZIUS

ROLE: ROBIN

Computer Science, Class of 2025

My name’s Mila and I’m thankful you came to see the show :) While my character and Robin’s Party Planning are fictional, I’d like to mention Event Design Lab, a real local business here in Redlands. This is my first show as an actor since high school - I loved helping with costumes for last semester’s The Legend of Georgia McBride, but I’m super excited to get back into a role. I hope I can continue being involved in the theatre department during the rest of my time here, along with just having fun and finding new interests.

PERLA BARAJAS (She/Her)

ROLE: Maria Velasquez Quintania

Sophomore Theatre Business Major, Class of 2024

This is Perla's fourth show at the University of Redlands. She has previously worked on Native Gardens and The Thanksgiving Play. This play hits a place in her heart and is one of her favorites to work on so far. We hope to shed light on topics such as inequity, tolerance, and Latin@ struggles. She hopes you enjoy the show and support your local vendors! Especially @chibicosmetics a vegan and cruelty free makeup business run by a student here at U of R. Definitely go check her out on Instagram!

Amy Vasquez is currently a first-generation third year at the University of Redlands! Amy was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She was last seen in a Rabbit Hole’s production of Amelie in 2019, however, this is Amy’s post-quarantine acting debut. She is currently a part of the HMS council, STEP community, and Alpha Xi Omicron. Her favorite aspect of this production has been the ability to build connections with the cast and the freedom to talk about issues that affect different communities. She is super excited for everyone to come and watch the show
